This 3,000-square-foot townhouse renovation presented a chance to bring the outdoors inside. By extending the lower two floors and integrating a terraced garden on the ground level, the backyard opens up and significantly enlarges the kitchen and casual dining areas. An ADU anchors the yard, providing a flexible office space and a private retreat from the main house.
